Ric DeAnda
credits the success of Improving Enterprises to its creative and energetic people. "I've always enjoyed working with bright, talented, multi-dimensional people."

In the third grade, Ric's class visited the Computer Learning Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. "It was at that time when I realized I wanted to work with computers." And over the twenty plus years that Ric has been in the technology industry, he has narrowed down the characteristics of co-workers that he thinks are the most useful and beneficial to the culture and success of the company.

"It's not just about meeting deadlines. It's the unassuming creativity, the collective knowledge, and the overall level of passion I see in the Improving people that keeps me driven and also forms the level of trust and confidence that pervades the Improving team."

Mr. DeAnda defines Improving Enterprises as a business-savvy group of technicians who are at the same time a group of creatives adept at solving technical, analytical problems.

After I asked Mr. Deanda, "who is your favorite person at Improving Enterprises today... not yesterday, but today - here and now," he looked around the office and then back at me. "...of course, today - it's you, Sean. You're my favorite."

Ric went on describing how difficult it would be to pick only one person. "We all share such a great set of characteristics..."

The people of Improving are definitely unique yet unified in that we are all proud of our company and unassuming in our eagerness to do what needs to be done in order to provide for the success of our individual and group endeavors.

Mr. DeAnda is a superb example of how the people of Improving work. Besides having all of the characteristics that he used to describe Improving's collective personality (see friendly, cooperative, creative, intelligent...), Ric is approachable and his presence is reassuring.
