As CEO, Mr. Hite is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and is the Chairman of the board of directors.
Mr. Hite co-founded Expede, Inc. in 1998 which was merged with Valtech Technologies, Inc. in early 1999. He held the positions of VP Professional Services, VP Central Region/CFO, and President/CEO of North American Operations while at Valtech. While Mr. Hite has a strong business record in mergers and acquisitions, he also fosters an environment of creativity and loyalty from his co-workers. Prior to his positions with Valtech Technologies, Inc., Mr. Hite was a Chief Software Architect from 1994 to 1998 at Raytheon. This knowledge, along with his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, give Mr. Hite a strong technical knowledge of his business units. Texas A&M University recognized him in 2007 as the Distinguished Alumni in Computer Science. This was due to his establishment and implementation of the new concept of Rural Software Development Centers in College Station, Texas. By leveraging the academic and technical talent Texas A&M offers the development community, Mr. Hite and his team have been able to create rural development centers to fill a gap in the market. He was also recognized in 2006 by the CEO Institute as the Dallas Christian Businessman of the Year. |
