| I was born in Mexico city, then moved to Cuernavaca when I was 13 years old so I consider myself a “guayaba” (native from the state of Morelos, Mexico). I graduated from the ITESM with a BS degree in Business Administration and immediately moved to Dallas TX. I earned an MBA with a concentration in International Management from UT Dallas.
My eleven year recruiting/staffing career started as an Executive Recruiter at Groussman & Associates, Inc, where I recruited executives in Latin America and Europe, while finishing a MS degree in Management Information Systems. After a couple of years I joined Kforce, an IT Staffing Firm and later Valtech. I recently became a member of the Improving Enterprises team, and I feel very fortunate to be working with a group of “very smart, enthusiastic and energetic individuals”. I’m married to Alex, my best friend, and I’m the proud mother of Emma, a very active 4-year-old who has enlighten our lives. I enjoy outdoor activities, but running is my favorite therapy... A good book is always fun as well. |
