Improving Enterprises was specifically engaged to enhance D2SC's automated testing software – a modern technology solution that utilizes hand held devices to administer tests electronically. Microsoft's .Net platform was selected as the underlying technology to integrate D2SC's response pads (local hand held device) with several scanning applications.
